The Work

Building conflict-capable

Most conflict interventions are events. A facilitator comes in, does the work, leaves. And six months later you're watching the same argument play out in a different conference room.

That's not a failure of the facilitator. It's a failure of the model. Because the conditions that created the conflict are still intact.

I work differently. On retainer, over time, close to the leadership. Not to manage conflicts as they arise — but to build the organizational capacity to read and navigate friction without it becoming a crisis.

The work is bespoke. It begins with a deep read of what's actually happening — not just the presenting issue, but the pattern underneath it. Then we build from there.

The Discovery Call

A 45-minute conversation. You tell me what's happening. I ask questions. Not to assess fit with a package — to understand what layer the conflict is actually operating on.

The Read

If we decide to move forward, I do a deeper diagnostic before we begin. What's the signal? Where is it coming from? What does your organization actually need — and is it ready for it?

The Partnership

We build the retainer around what emerged in the diagnostic. Not a preset program. A sustained engagement, built for your organization, with milestones we define together.
